Dovercat, since 1992
Dovercat is Dovercourt’s mascot. He was created in 1992 by Dovercourt’s Director of Customer Experience, Trish Stolte. He began as a sketch of a cute character for a fitness class campaign, the “Chit Cat”, but he was quickly renamed “Dovercat”. Over the years, Trish has created many variations, including Dovercat participating in fitness, aquatic, recreation activities and more.

From a 2D drawing, Dovercat has taken a 3-dimensional form, in a larger-than-life mascot and 8-inch tall stuffies, sewn in many colours over the years. He has also appeared as tattoos, stickers, towels and more.
