Our Pool
The indoor Pool is not available to be rented or booked privately. Instead, you may book spots in Open swims only (Please note: Family swims are NOT available for groups/ parties).
Please see our drop-in swim schedule for available swims. Drop-in swims can be registered up to 7 days in advance. If you are planning to book a large party of people for the swim, please coordinate with our Rentals Team so that they can register the correct amount of people. Without sufficient notice, we will be unable to register all participants for the swim regardless of a room having been booked.

Board Room
Small room, 370 sq. ft, 25 people, $50/ hr.

The Board room is located on the second floor of the Dovercourt Recreation Centre with south-facing windows looking out to Dovercourt Avenue. Suitable for boardroom-style meetings or small groups. Click to see larger images.
The Cottage
Small room, 25 people, $50/ hr
Dimensions coming soon.
The cottage is located outside, next to our building and playground. This former school portable has been transformed into a meeting space when not in use for summer camp office. Featuring a high, peaked roof with floor to ceiling north-facing windows and a front deck that gives this room an outdoor, cottage feel. Click to see larger photos.
Studio
Medium room, 672 sq. ft., 50 people, $75/ hr.
Dimensions: 34.5ft x 19.5ft; 10.5m x 6m
Located on the second floor, the studio has mirrors on one wall, a sink, and access to our outdoor rooftop patio. A unique room with north-facing windows overlooking Westboro Kiwanis park. Click to see larger images.
Activity Room
Medium room, 922 sq. ft., 50 people, $75/ hr.
Dimensions: 41 ft x 22.6ft; 12m x 6.9m
The Activity Room, sponsored by Carling Motors Volvo & Mazda, is an 1100 square foot room located on the first level just inside the lower-level entry. It features west-facing windows, as well as a sink and fridge.
McKellar Park Field House
Medium room, 800 sq. ft., 50 people, $75/ hr. Offsite at 539 Wavell Ave.
Dimensions: 28.5ft x 28ft; 8.68m x 8.53m
This large community space is bright and cheery, with a full wall of south-facing windows and entryway facing the children’s play park. This room is ideal for small community meetings and children’s parties. The main room features mirrors on one wall, a kitchenette and an ensuite bathroom. Assembly Hall
Large room, 1987 sq. ft. 115 people max, $100/ hr.
Dimensions: 43ft x 46ft; 13.2m x 14m
The Assembly Hall, sponsored by the Ottawa Physiotherapy & Sport Clinics, is Dovercourt’s largest room. Located on the 2nd floor, it is just under 2,000 square feet of space with west-facing windows. Click the photos to see larger images.
Gym
Large room, 1659 sq. ft., 15 people, $100/ hr.
Dimensions: 59.5ft x 27.8ft; 18m x 8.5m
The gym is our newest room, sponsored by the Morris Home Team. It features high ceilings and 1700 square feet of space. Unique elements include a sprung hardwood floor and plenty of windows facing onto Dovercourt Avenue as well as into the indoor pool! Click to see larger images.
