We’re very excited about the launch of our mobile app!
Smart phones are used for more tasks by more people all the time. Because websites are not always optimized for mobile phones, this can lead to frustration.
Our new mobile app is built to make your experience using our registration system more pleasant and efficient.
Just some of the benefits:
- Login quickly using biometrics e.g. Face ID etc
- Quickly make repeat bookings like drop in fitness classes, rec swims and fitness centre bookings
- Search using natural language e.g. “Find me swim lessons for my kids on Tuesday afternoons for Swimmer 2 and Swimmer 4”.
- Easily check your family’s schedule without having to log onto your account on a computer
- Confirm holiday exception dates
- See when waitlist spots become available
- Browse and register more quickly
- Make seamless payments

- Easily set reminders for bookings in the calendar/ app of your choice
The app is available now for free download on the Apple App Store and Google Play store.

Once you download it from the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android), login with your regular account credentials (after which you can use biometrics like Face ID).
Please note: you can’t make a new account in the app; you must create your account in Xplor Recreation in a browser and then use that login info in the mobile app.
