March Break Camps

Camp info

EXTENDED CARE: PRE-POST CAMP:

Regular camp hours are 9:00-4:00. You may sign in with your Camp Director beginning at 8:30am and sign out until 4:30pm. Childcare is available from 7:30am until camp begins and after camp until 6:00pm. Pre and Post camp offers supervised, semi-structured activities including indoor games, arts and crafts and more. If you require either early drop off or late pick up, please ensure you have registered for Extended Care.

• Pre-camp: 7:30-8:30, $25 (31141)
• Post-camp: 4:30-6:00, $35 (31144)

Satellite Camp Extended Care (Broadview):

For Grade 1, 3 and 3-5 Theme: Fandemonium Camps and Sports Fans 7-9, we will be running extended care at Broadview Public School.

• Pre-Camp (Broadview): 7:30-8:30AM (31142) $25
• Post-Camp (Broadview): 4:30-5:30PM* (31143) $20

*Price adjusted to exclude Wednesday’s Ottawa 67s game

KINDER: AUTHORIZED PICKUP

Dovercourt will require all kinder camp parents, guardians, and authorized individuals to present valid photo ID when picking up children from Kinder Camp. Each Camp Director will have an Authorized Pick-Up List to verify identities at sign-out. Please ensure your Authorized Pick-Up list is up to date in your account to help us ensure a smooth and secure sign-out process.

INCLUSION & ACCESSIBILITY

Dovercourt believes that each child has an equal right to accessible and inclusive programming. To bring this belief into practice, we rely strongly on the partnership of parents. Please take the time to make us aware of any medical, behavioral, or cognitive differences (diagnosed or undiagnosed) your child may have at the time of registration. This might include social anxieties, communication barriers, the tendency to run or wander away from the group or simply requiring additional “body breaks” or a little bit of extra attention. We can offer inclusive options of support depending on your child’s needs. Please visit www.dovercourt.org/program-inclusion/ to view our varying support options. Making us aware early on is crucial and will help our Inclusion Team to arrange any additional supports to ensure that each child has the best possible experience in camp. If a 1:1 support is needed, Dovercourt requires at least two (2) weeks notice prior to camp beginning. CANCELLATIONS

Camp withdrawals cannot be done online. To cancel your camp registration, please send an email to info@dovercourt.org with your child’s full name and the name of the camp. Account credits or refunds will include a $20 admin fee and will be given up to 3 weeks before the program start date (before February 24th).
