Please note: Because we are not directly associated with City of Ottawa, we are not able to process any form of room rental until you create a Dovercourt Account. Please visit our Account page to either login to your account or to create an account.
Our Pool
The indoor Pool is not available to be rented or booked privately. Instead, you may book spots in Open swims only (Please note: Family swims are NOT available for groups/ parties).
Please see our drop-in swim schedule for available swims. Drop-in swims can be registered up to 7 days in advance. If you are planning to book a large party of people for the swim, please coordinate by emailing our Rentals Team so that they can register the correct number of people. Without sufficient notice, we will be unable to register all participants for the swim, regardless of a room having been booked.
Room Rental Request
Interested in renting a room? Please make a request below. You will not be charged until the booking is confirmed.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Our cancellation policy is 21 days prior to the start date of the booking (unless there are extenuating circumstances or a doctor’s note).
- The minimum booking time at Dovercourt (411 Dovercourt Ave) is 2 hours.
- The minimum booking time at our offsite locations (McKellar Field House) is 3 hours.
