Dovercourt Recreation is always looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our staff team. We have some application deadlines each season but positions become vacant throughout the year so ongoing applications are always welcome. All employees require a current Standard First Aid and CPR Certification, a police check plus job-specific requirements.

Camps
March Break 2026:
We are not hiring new staff for March Break at this time — only returning staff will be scheduled.
All Summer Camp 2026 positions will be posted here by Friday, February 20th.
Returning Staff:
Returning staff will receive an email by February 9th, confirming their intent to return to their same roles.
Returning staff who wish to apply for a new role must complete the application form on the website.

Job Posting Feb. 17, 2026: Recreation Supervisor/Programmer: Sessional Programs, Part-Time (up to 24 hours) The Sessional Supervisor/Programmer is responsible for developing and delivering seasonal programs, ensuring quality through creative planning, evaluation, and problem-solving.
